Events Food and Beverage Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience managing at similar venues
  • Experience overseeing significant outdoor events, food and beverage offerings, including Food Trucks, Bars, and other vendors
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Must be able to oversee all F&B Vendors on property
  • Experience overseeing full-time and temp staff
  • Experience working large indoor and outdoor concerts and festivals with music
  • Ability to perform all physical demands, including shifts of up to 15 hours during events
  • Ability and experience working in a venue with live, loud music at all times
