Director of Event Ops Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in event management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Must have: 5+ years in-depth experience with Off-Premise Event Production and Catering
• Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of events, including corporate functions, high-profile galas, and special occasions
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team to achieve common goals
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
