Job Summary
We are searching for a Sous Chef who will be responsible for helping oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of the kitchen. We are committed to a positive and inclusive company culture and impeccable guest service with scratch cooking.
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Train, manage, and coach the culinary team
- Be a leader in a scratch kitchen committed to quality ingredients and presentation
- Assists with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and communicating with senior leadership
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Scratch cooking experience in an upscale restaurant
- Commitment to inclusivity and respect for all team members
