Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Train, manage, and coach the culinary team
• Be a leader in a scratch kitchen committed to quality ingredients and presentation
• Assists with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and communicating with senior leadership

Sous Chef Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
• Scratch cooking experience in an upscale restaurant
• Commitment to inclusivity and respect for all team members
