Job Summary

Are you an experienced Regional Training Manager looking to become an integral part of shaping the future of our workforce? Our fast casual restaurant group client is seeking a leader like you who can foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning, driving our training initiatives forward to ensure the growth and success of our team.


Regional Training Manager Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary of $60K-$70K
  • Quarterly Bonus & Profit Sharing
  • Full health benefits, 401K w/ match, PTO
  • Car Allowance up to $500/month
  • Cell phone reimbursement

Regional Training Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on designing and delivering impactful training programs.
  • Strong understanding of QSR or a similar industry’s operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess training needs, develop targeted learning strategies, and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to leverage adult learning theory to design and implement training programs that drive operational excellence and consistent adherence to standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with across teams.


Regional Training Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating training programs tailored to meet the needs of employees at all levels.
  • Implement engaging learning sessions aligned with our company culture and business goals, utilizing various delivery methods.
  • Collaborate closely with the organization leaders and management to identify leadership potential within the organization.
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance performance and improve program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate training development plans across regions to ensure consistency and effectiveness
