We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Team Leader. In this role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and lead a team of counter staff to provide top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks to staff to keep things running efficiently.
• Lead and inspire the counter team to meet sales goals and create an enjoyable customer experience.
• Manage scheduling, verify payroll, and handle bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and meets sanitation guidelines.
• Oversee the daily process to ensure everything meets recipe and quality standards.
• Train new team members.

• Address staff concerns and work with upper management for support.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of leadership experience in a café or similar environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain quality in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
