Job Summary
This position will require living and working in Key West, FL.
We are often rated the best restaurant in Key West. We offer a unique coastal cuisine that is second to none. If you have a passion for fine-dining but in a cozy homey atmosphere then this is the place for you.
Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years as Exec Sous, Sous Chef, CDC, or Exec Chef for a high-end, fine dining restaurant or hotel
- Education or experience with high-end, all scratch artisanal cooking
- Michelin or James Beard experience would be a huge plus!!
- Desire and Ability to live and work in Key West, FL
Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus, recipes, and SOPs in concert with leadership
- Teach and manage the Culinary team on all recipes and expectations
- Run the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Be a leader and inspire with positivity and passion
