Restaurant Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in an upscale-casual setting
• Strong grasp of business operations with a sharp attention to detail
• Guest-oriented, calm under pressure, and capable of holding others accountable
• Lead by example, maintain high standards, and promote a positive work environment
• Build and nurture guest relationships to drive sales
• Mentor and support managers and staff with genuine care and guidance
