Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Train, mentor, and lead the team—set high standards and always deliver
- Foster respectful relationships with every kitchen team member while maintaining accountability
- Be hands-on and attentive in all aspects of the business
- Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Manage portion control, recipe accuracy, prep list completion, and waste reduction
Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Full-Service Restaurant Kitchen Manager role in a high-volume, structured casual to upscale-casual setting - Steady Tenures.
- Strong leadership skills: approachable, coaching mindset, leads by example, and maintains high restaurant standards
- Proven track record of upholding standards, exceeding expectations, and building strong relationships
- Experience in inventory management and ordering is required
- Must strictly follow safety and sanitation guidelines
