Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Train, mentor, and lead the team—set high standards and always deliver
  • Foster respectful relationships with every kitchen team member while maintaining accountability
  • Be hands-on and attentive in all aspects of the business
  • Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Manage portion control, recipe accuracy, prep list completion, and waste reduction

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Full-Service Restaurant Kitchen Manager role in a high-volume, structured casual to upscale-casual setting - Steady Tenures.
  • Strong leadership skills: approachable, coaching mindset, leads by example, and maintains high restaurant standards
  • Proven track record of upholding standards, exceeding expectations, and building strong relationships
  • Experience in inventory management and ordering is required
  • Must strictly follow safety and sanitation guidelines
