What we need:

• 2-4 year degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene or Chemistry related field
• 4-5 years experience in a similar role
• Fast-paced/large volume background
• Demonstrated success with passion for change and relentless focus on execution

What you'll do:

• Develop and sustain systems to drive compliance
• Maintain working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Develop and conduct EHS-related training
• Review internal policies and conduct hazard and risk assessments
• Coach and develop line leaders in EHS responsibilities
• Lead investigations on incidents
