General Manager Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations during limited hours — make every minute count
- Delegate tasks like a pro and drive results across departments
- Maintain top-tier communication with the Corporate Office
- Handle guest inquiries and calls with precision
- Inspect rooms after Housekeeping to ensure perfection
- Evaluate and sign off on all Maintenance work orders — nothing slips by
- Assess and resolve out-of-service room issues fast
- Resolve guest issues swiftly and effectively
- Continuously train and elevate your team to the next level
General Manager Requirements – We Expect the Best:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience managing a limited-service hotel
- Proven leadership, impeccable communication, and relentless follow-through
- ServeSafe certification
- Flexibility to handle any shift — no excuses
