General Manager Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee hotel operations during limited hours — make every minute count
• Delegate tasks like a pro and drive results across departments
• Maintain top-tier communication with the Corporate Office
• Handle guest inquiries and calls with precision
• Inspect rooms after Housekeeping to ensure perfection
• Evaluate and sign off on all Maintenance work orders — nothing slips by
• Assess and resolve out-of-service room issues fast
• Resolve guest issues swiftly and effectively
• Continuously train and elevate your team to the next level

General Manager Requirements – We Expect the Best:

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience managing a limited-service hotel
• Proven leadership, impeccable communication, and relentless follow-through
• ServeSafe certification
• Flexibility to handle any shift — no excuses
