Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• No more than four jobs in the last ten years
• Focus on creating amazing guest experiences and understand what hospitality really means
• Able to lead your team to achieve positive results - retention, and morale are kept high
• Experience with new restaurant openings is ideal - we are growing and opening new locations
• Train, coach, direct, and support the team
