Shift Supervisor Qualifications:

• Must have 1 or more years in a leadership role with training responsibilities
• Proficient in writing Schedule, Ordering and Controllables
• Be able to hold people accountable
• Must enjoy and be a good teacher/coach
• Customer focused. Creating a great experience

Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Helps Develop, Execute, and Uphold the standards of the concept
• Drives profitability and operational compliance
• Drives sales through great guest experiences - we want them to come back again and again
• Plans and communicates effectively with the team
• Leads by example and can work shoulder-to-shoulder with the crew
