A stable, family-owned insurance agency is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing firm.

PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships and resolve problems for customers
• Quote and bind surplus lines renewals
• Compare applications, quotes, and policies to ensure accuracy
• Issue and reviews binders, auto ID cards, COIs, and EOPs
• Process change requests
• Support insureds with coverage and billing questions
• Quote and issue new business

PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years experience in customer success, account management, sales, or another client-facing role within personal lines
• Absolutely great attitude, willing to wear different hats, excited to learn and make a difference
• Active CA P&C license
• AMS360 experience preferred

PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER COMPENSATION:

• Salary + commission on new and renewal business
• Health insurance 100% covered for employee
• Unlimited PTO
