  • Team Development: Skilled in training and developing restaurant staff.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interactive skills.
  • Analytical Ability: Ability to review financial data and create action plans.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
