Our client, an industry-leading web offset equipment and service supplier, is seeking a Director of Parts and Service to help direct and manage the sale of customer parts for all company press and postpress systems, and to oversee planning, procurement, inventory, sales, shipment, and customer satisfaction for the parts business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the parts sales business.
• Manage and motivate the logistics, forecast supervision, and call center teams to meet department goals.
• Implement system enhancements to reduce costs and improve customer service.
• Train and develop customer service parts staff, ensuring quality and consistency across the organization.
• Monitor customer base, recommend strategies for growth, and resolve departmental issues.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and exceed financial goals.
• Maintain superior customer contact and develop marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Travel to customer sites and trade shows (up to 20%).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience in customer service or related technical areas.
• Experience with capital equipment, parts sales, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and inventory control.
