What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume ($2M+) restaurant.
• 🍽️ Full-service experience? Major plus!
• 💰 Proven track record of financial success.
• 🏆 Strong leadership skills – you know how to train, motivate, and elevate others.
• 🤔 Self-starter with an independent, ownership mindset.
