Required Qualifications – No Exceptions:

  • Bachelor's degree in business
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on lending compliance experience with a bank
  • Mastery of key regulations: Flood Insurance, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Appraisal Rules, Fair Debt Collection Practices, Truth-in-Lending Act (Reg Z), BSA, Equal Credit Opportunity (Reg B), Military Lending Act, and Servicemember Civil Relief Act
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and managing teams
  • Deep knowledge of the banking industry and retail services

Your Mission:

  • Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer to implement and enforce new lending regulations—no detail is too small
  • Develop, refine, and enforce lending compliance policies and procedures—zero tolerance for mistakes
  • Keep all lending policies, procedures, and disclosures up to date and compliant
  • Provide expert compliance support to our lending teams, ensuring every move is 100% compliant
  • Conduct internal lending compliance reviews to ensure we exceed regulatory standards
  • Fix errors fast and ensure training is locked down to prevent future issues
