Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, profitability, and exceptional guest experience
• Foster a culture of teaching and learning
• Manage P&L, food costs, and inventory
• Build strong relationships with management, team members, and vendors, demonstrating leadership and integrity
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve goals

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of progressive experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service restaurant
• Proven leadership, communication, and follow-through skills
• ServeSafe certification
• Flexibility to work various shifts
