Job Summary
We are looking for a Banquet Manager to add to our team! Candidates must be highly organized, pay close attention to detail, and have a luxury banquet experience. We seek a strong leader and organizer who will direct and support the banquet team in executing at the highest level possible for our bespoke operation.
Banquet Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a Banquet Manager or 1 year as a Banquet Manager with three years as a Banquet Captain
- 1+ years experience in a Luxury Hotel environment
- A strong leader with confidence, good at organizing and directing banquet team members
- Experience with Delphi preferred
- Collaborative and positive team member who works well with culinary and sales departments
Banquet Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule the banquet team to ensure the highest level of service for all events
- Schedule and budget with appropriate staffing levels
- Attend weekly BEO meetings and work with the Sales and Culinary departments on the execution
- Purchase beverages and products for events
- Manage banquet equipment to ensure quality, create purchase orders for new or replacement equipment
Banquet Manager Benefits:
- Base salary of $80,000
- 1% of net F&B banquet revenues with no cap, paid weekly
- Excellent health benefits with company paying 80% for single plan
