Membership Director Job Responsibilities:

• Build an effective and cohesive Membership Department for an elite private club
• Successfully acquire new members and manage attrition thereafter
• Plan and implement strategies to meet club membership goals
• Conduct tours for prospective members and orientations for new members
• Effectively manage the recruiting process
• Build and maintain successful relationships with members staff, and all external constituencies
• Track the success and overall performance of membership activities and membership department

Membership Director Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of luxury private club membership experience
• New club opening experience a plus
• Extensive sales, marketing and selling experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with CSM or club marketing software
