Restaurant Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years experience managing in a high-volume (MINIMUM $10M) fine-dining restaurant
- Steakhouse experience strongly preferred
- Knowledgeable of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
- Team player with the ability to take ownership of the situation
