Our Client is seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor to lead and manage projects in the Catskills and Hudson Valley area. Come join a top organization with great earning potential and employee ownership.

Licensed Land Surveyor Responsibilities:

• Manage own projects and clients
• Manage and mentor the team that you lead in projects
• Ability to handle projects independently after ramp-up, including writing proposals, manage projects, clients, and contractors
• Client relations is of utmost importance
• Work closely with owners on multiple projects

Licensed Land Surveyor Requirements

• 4+ years of Professional Land Survey experience required
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience with calculations determinations, reviews, and getting projects over the finish line
• Experience with AutoCAD 2004 and Civil 3D, additional other related technologies +
• Land Surveyor License
