No two days are ever the same, but most days will include the following responsibilities for our Sales Manager:

• Team Leadership: Setting and following up on goals with your team
• Business development: researching and pursuing new avenues and sales opportunities
• Travel to sites to shadow team members meeting potential clients and follow up on projects
• Leading/ attending relevant meetings with team and clients
• Pursuing your own portfolio of client work

You’re a good fit for our Sales Manager role if you have/are:

• 3-5 years’ experience ideally in residential construction/ home improvement sector
• 1-2 years' experience as a team leader
• Demonstrated strength in new business development
• A coaching approach to train and motivate your team to be their best
• Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset, capable of working independently to set and achieve aggressive goals
• Solid sales drive and skillset necessary for success in this role
• Outgoing, charismatic temperament; proactive, not reactive
