Responsibilities:
- Operations: Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds customer expectations in quality, service, and atmosphere, providing an excellent experience at a fair price.
- Training: Train management and crew on systems, routines, food safety, and restaurant safety practices. Integrate these systems into daily operations to set each shift up for success.
- Business Planning: Collaborate with the owner and field staff to develop the restaurant's business plan. Manage profit and loss, optimize sales and profits, adjust labor to meet demands, and implement strategies to increase average meal checks and customer visits.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and coach the management team and hourly crew members to build a highly productive team. Ensure proper staffing, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback. Conduct performance appraisals and maintain a positive working environment.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of restaurant management experience, with responsibility for profit and loss.
- Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven track record of managing COGS and labor effectively.
- ServSafe® certified or approved equivalent.
