Job Summary

We are looking for a strong, seasoned, and experienced General Manager for two of our amazing properties! This company values servant leadership, inclusion, communication, and transparency; if you share these values, this may be a fit for you!


Dual Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a Dual GM or GM for 250+ key properties
  • Hilton or Marriott experience with flagged properties
  • 10+ years of hotel experience with progressive leadership roles and responsibilities
  • Experience with both select-service and full-service properties
  • Relocation candidates considered with California experience
  • Tech-savvy with a strong understanding and ability to read and interpret data
  • Excellent financial acumen


Dual Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team with integrity and forthright communication
  • Actively engage and listen to team members, their input, and ideas
  • Ensure high standards are communicated and achieved; exceed expectations for brand QA
  • Manage revenue and occupancy to achieve a high ADR and deliver value to our guests
  • Other duties as assigned
