Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Prioritizes the guest experience, models superior guest engagement, and fosters a positive work environment.
  • Responsible for assisting with scheduling, food ordering, sales and labor reporting, and payroll processing.
  • Co-facilitates the opening and closing of the restaurant, including cash-drawer balancing and bank deposits.
  • Demonstrates an unwavering guest focus and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, empower, and motivate a team and communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Is highly organized and resourceful, can balance multiple priorities and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate strong learning agility with a passion to grow and excel.

Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a Fast-Casual concept.
  • Must have the flexibility to work various shifts- including closings, openings, and holidays as needed.
