County Administrator Qualifications:

• 4 year degree in a financial/Accounting background
• Leadership experience, managing a small team in a collaborative way
• Must have strong communication skills, Both electronic and in person
• Must have a collaborative nature
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate numerous budgets and P&L's
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to write a budget and create line items for 100m annually.
• Ability to work under a board of elected officials professionally
• Coordinate the operations of the County and help select Vendors and oversee projects in the community.
• Able to work both in the office and in the community.
• Strong Strategic planner and ability to implement new policies.
