County Administrator Qualifications:
- 4 year degree in a financial/Accounting background
- Leadership experience, managing a small team in a collaborative way
- Must have strong communication skills, Both electronic and in person
- Must have a collaborative nature
- Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate numerous budgets and P&L's
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to write a budget and create line items for 100m annually.
- Ability to work under a board of elected officials professionally
- Coordinate the operations of the County and help select Vendors and oversee projects in the community.
- Able to work both in the office and in the community.
- Strong Strategic planner and ability to implement new policies.
