• Understands P&L budgets -- Runs the business of the store, inventories, ordering, handling cash, and the reports

• A tenured leader with the experience of $2.5+ million annual sales
• Strong attention to the detail, no clipboards (we lead by example), and a commitment to amazing guest service
• Minimum of 1-3 years in upscale-casual or fine-dining restaurants - chophouse experience preferred
