General Manager Qualifications:

• Must have 3 or more years as a manager with training responsibilities
• Proficient in writing Schedule, Ordering and Controlables
• Be able to hold people accountable
• Must enjoy and be a good teacher/coach

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Experience with New Restaurant Openings
• Helps Develop, Execute and Uphold the standards of the concept
• Drives profitability and operational compliance - good with budgets and checklists
• Builds team talent - ensures only the right people are being developed as the brand grows
• Drives sales through great guest experiences - we want them to come back again and again
• Plans and communicates effectively with team and supervisors - organization is key
• Leads by example and is able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the crew
