We are a reputable, family-owned land development and surveying company seeking a talented CAD Operator. This professional will work closely with engineers and surveyors to ensure accurate and precise representations of land development projects.

CAD Operator Responsibilities:

- Prepare and revise CAD drawings for land development projects

- Interpret survey data, topographic maps, and other engineering documents

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications

- Maintain organized project files and update records as needed

- Assist in preparing design layouts, grading plans, and utility plans

CAD Operator Qualifications:

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar)

- Basic understanding of land development and civil engineering principles

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CAD is a plus

- Previous experience in land development or civil engineering
