If you're looking for an amazing company to grow with, look no further. My client is seeking an administrative assistant to work in the safety department in a top 25 company nationwide in its field. DAILY ACTIVITIES AS NEEDED:

·        Notify project manager and Corporate safety manager of any accidents, injuries or near misses. Safety Alerts are to be issued within 24 hours of the incident. All injuries require DRUG TESTING. Major accident notification is to occur immediately via mobile telephone. No comments are to be made to the “press.”

·        New employee Safety Orientation – Perform these ordinations and work with operations, making sure scheduling is feasible and communicated to team. Performing these orientations can include all MCE entities and customers’ orientation at request of operations.

·        Maintain all employee safety files, training logs and customer required safety documentation on site. Distribute as necessary per customer and company guidelines (have ready for audit).

·        Employee safety training log to coordinated with team safety manager and issue training cards to employees.

·        Assemble Site Specifics Safety Policy (SSSP) also knows as manual, as needed.

·        Provide local medical clinic information, through SSSP or as requested, to the job site Superintendents and foremen.

·        Create Site Specific Task Hazard Analysis’s, FMEA and other hazard analysis to be created, adjusted, sorted, filed, communicated as needed.

·        Accident Reports and investigations

Employee to injury, incident, must be followed up and placed on a scorecard. This Excel log shall include employee name, date, foreman, recordable yes or no, restrictions, outcome (RTW) and project manager. ALL INJURIES REQUIRE DRUG TESTING.
