Outside Executive Sales Leader Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and build a robust sales pipeline

• Respond promptly to sales inquiries across various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn)

• Facilitate site visits and travel with potential clients to our locations in Mexico and LATAM

• Participate in and lead company introduction presentations to new prospects

• Collaborate on closing existing leads and strengthen marketing channels for increased market penetration

• Implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to effectively penetrate the USA market

• Conduct regular sync-up meetings with our Mexico team for pipeline revision and marketing alignment

• Utilize sales management tools to track and optimize performance


Outside Executive Sales Leader Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the Contact Center & BPO field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in sales management tools (Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator)

• Strong ability to work independently and remotely, as well as part of a team

• Exceptional organizational and management skills

• Knowledge of LinkedIn platform and digital trends

• Ability to prepare comprehensive service proposals

• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
