Qualifications:

• 2+ yrs of working Restaurant Bookkeeping or Accounting experiences
• Working knowledge of Great Plains / Restaurant 365 / Microsoft Dynamics / Toast is a huge plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reporting tools.
• Prepare and integrate journal entries.
• Analyze P&L and account trends.
• Identify and correct GL coding errors.
• Assist with accounting projects and tasks.
• Learn and apply basic GAAP accounting concepts.
