Our client has an immediate opening for a Structural Engineer with an immediate opportunity to grow into a Director of Engineering role. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER BENEFITS:
- Salary Range: $125,000-$140,000 – Top level going to individuals with proficiency in 3D Concrete Printing

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering fields, Master’s degree preferred
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado, or the ability to obtain Colorado licensure through comity, within a short timeframe
- Ability to live within 2 hours of Chaffee County, CO, with a commitment to commute or relocate
- 3-5 years of professional engineering experience, with a focus on residential and commercial structural design.
- Strong preference for candidates with expertise in concrete structural design
- Experience in 3D printing, automation, or advanced construction techniques is a significant advantage
- Willingness to obtain PE licensure from the rest of the states as we expand our standalone design and engineering services
- Experience in leadership and team management roles
- Proficiency in architectural design concepts and familiarity with MEP engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong desire to lead, mentor, and continuously learn across all aspects of construction
STRUCTURAL ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for leading and mentoring the engineering and design team and providing support for the construction and R&D teams
- Establish performance standards and provide regular feedback to drive team success
- Lead the design and execution of concrete 3D printing projects
- Oversee all project phases, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while optimizing resources across multiple initiatives
- Drive research and development efforts to advance 3D printing technologies and construction automation
- Responsible for technical oversight and quality assurance
- Work closely with architectural teams to ensure seamless integration of design and engineering
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to deliver cohesive, integrated project solutions
- Serve as the primary contact for engineering matters, effectively communicating technical concepts to clients and the Board
- Continuously refine engineering processes
- Stay ahead of industry trends, champion a culture of innovation, and drive the adoption of new technologies
