Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise guest services to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Guide, train, and address performance issues with team members
• Uphold cleanliness standards and ensure a positive team atmosphere
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• Ability to inspire and recognize outstanding performance while setting a positive example
• Experience in managing full-service restaurants
• Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• BOH experience preferred
