Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Wealth Management Sales Leader to lead and drive the growth and daily operations of our Financial Planning & Advisory Sales team! Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction.
- Manage and develop team members to maintain consistent high performance and quality in all tasks.
- Set clear objectives and performance benchmarks, ensuring alignment with the team and the organization’s goals, while regularly monitoring progress and offering constructive feedback.
- Act as a liaison between the financial planning team and other business departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Generate and present performance reports and metrics to senior leadership.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and technology enhancements to boost productivity.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive process changes and achieve desired outcomes.
- Offer guidance and support to team members in handling complex client situations, providing solutions to meet client needs effectively.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about financial and retirement planning.
- 5-10+ years of experience in the financial planning industry.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a leadership or sales management role.
- Direct sales experience is a plus.
- Series 65 or Series 66 license required.
- CFP designation is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture high-performing teams, foster a culture of excellence, and achieve measurable results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and team members simultaneously.
