​Executive Executive Chef Qualifications

• ​Must have 2+ years of experience as an upscale Executive Chef
• Restaurant volume experience of $3 million in annual sales
• Needing experience and creativity executing new menus
• Strong focus on quality, presentation, production, sanitation, and food cost controls
• Hands-on Chef experience is a must with a solid work ethic
