Catering & Event Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Detail and execute corporate, social, weddings, and non-profit, events
• Engage in catering/wedding shows/expos/fairs for company exposure
• Conduct property tours and entertain planners of meetings, social events, and weddings
• Deliver accurate banquet event orders on a timely basis
• Drive catering sales
• Monitor, coordinate, and communicate event bookings

Catering & Event Sales Manager Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a similar role
• Previous luxury and/or independent hotel experience required
• Previous catering and high-end wedding sales experience
