Job Summary
Restaurant Operations Manager needed to oversee multiple Restaurants at a large Hospitality driven facility. This position will be responsible for all aspects of front of the house operations, ensuring proper service standards are used.
Restaurant Operations Manager Benefits and Responsibilities:
· Generous base salary in the 90k to 105k range plus performance compensation bonus.

- Manage the restaurants (4) and connected outlets in accordance with established company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Work alongside the Director of Food & Beverage to prepare and administer an annual operating and capital budget for the front of the house.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with department policies and Health Department regulations.
- Ensure that all Team members are knowledgeable of and adhere to all standards.
- Set schedules and specific job duties, while maintaining Team Members’ hours for proper staffing as defined through established service standards.
- All other duties as assigned.
Restaurant Operations Manager Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Restaurant, Hospitality, or related field required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
- Five (5) years in upscale / fine dining restaurant operations management with full P&L responsibility. Prefer AAA – 4 Diamond experience or higher.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Comprehensive food, wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge.
- Must possess and demonstrate great attention to detail in order to maintain the unit’s appearance and operating standards.
