F&B Operations Manager needed to oversee multiple outlets at a large Hospitality driven facility. This position will be responsible for all aspects of front of the house operations, ensuring proper service standards are used.

 

F&B Operations Manager Benefits and Responsibilities:

·      Generous base salary in the 70k to 90k range plus performance compensation bonus.

• Manage F&B outlets in accordance with established company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Work alongside the Hotel Manager and Director of Food & Beverage to prepare and administer an annual operating and capital budget.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with department policies and Health Department regulations.
• Ensure that all Team members are knowledgeable of and adhere to all standards.
• Set schedules and specific job duties, while maintaining Team Members’ hours for proper staffing as defined through established service standards.
• All other duties as assigned.

 

F&B Operations Manager Qualifications

• Five (5) years in upscale dining restaurant and banquet operations management with full P&L responsibility. Prefer AAA – 4 Diamond experience or higher.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Comprehensive food, wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge.
• Must possess and demonstrate great attention to detail in order to maintain the unit’s appearance and operating standards.
