Job Summary
The Key Account Sales Manager is responsible for direct overall accountability of sales efforts and results with top retailers in the hardware, home improvement, mass and/or automotive channels, along with a large OEM account. This is a remote role with 30% travel to customers and the home office and will have 1 direct report.
Key Account Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
- Lead and manage sales efforts, including 1 direct report
- Identify strategic growth opportunities within each customer and in coordination with overall company divisional goals and objectives.
- Prepare and conduct professional sales presentations, including quote input, preparation, consultation and accountability for program/customer profitability.Etc., as needed
- Forecast sales and assist with monthly reporting for each customer
Key Account Sales Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of key account selling experience in the hardware, home improvement, mass and/or automotive channels
- People leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree
