Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and creative B2B Sales Manager with demonstrated successful experience in Plumbing Sales. In this role, the Sales Manager will plan and execute the company's sales strategies to meet sales goals and targets. As a leader, they will be responsible for personally generating leads and revenue, while also leading a team of high performing sales account managers ensuring accountability and profitability.

Plumbing Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis and sales forecasting, coordinating with production planning to ensure product availability in line with updated sales projections.
- Supervise sales operations to achieve targeted volume mix, pricing strategy, market share, and overall sales objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of product pricing and special quotations to optimize sales and profitability.
- Travel to nurture and maintain strong relationships with key customers, resolve technical concerns, and establish new customer connections.
- Participate in conferences and trade shows to gain insights into sales trends and identify new opportunities in the national market.
- Lead retail sales growth initiatives and forge new retail partnerships.
Plumbing Sales Manager Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in high volume B2B Plumbing Sales
- At least 5 years managing and coaching a team of sales professionals
- Experience with product pricing, negotiating, and quotes
- Trade Show experience and industry conferences
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
