Job Summary

This job is based in Atlanta.

We are seeking a Culinary Director to lead and enhance operations across a range of full-service casual to fine dining concepts in multiple airport settings. This role emphasizes creating structure, streamlining processes, and maintaining high standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, possess strong leadership skills, and ensure consistency and quality across all locations.


Culinary Director Responsibilities:

  • Ensure kitchens run efficiently, adhere to company standards, and maintain high-quality food preparation.
  • Streamline culinary processes, including menu development and kitchen workflows.
  • Conduct kitchen inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead and mentor culinary teams, fostering a culture of improvement and excellence.
  • Manage food costs, budgeting, and inventory control to maximize profitability while maintaining high standards.
  • Manage food procurement process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and innovations.
  • Up to 60% travel.

Culinary Director Qualifications:

  • Willing to move to Atlanta.
  • 5+ years in senior culinary leadership overseeing multiple restaurant concepts/locations from fast casual to fine dining.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • New Restaurant Opening experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
