We are looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee our luxury Senior Living property. This is a state-of-the-art facility with an excellent reputation in the community.

The Engineering Manager will report to the Engineering Director and will be responsible for the care and upkeep of the property.

Engineering Manager Compensation:

• Competitive base salary + 10% bonus potential

Engineering Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous experience working with Maintenance Department in senior living, healthcare or luxury hotel industry
• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical background preferred
• Impeccable interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills 
• Ability to lead a team of direct reports
