Restaurant Learning and Development Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and implementing effective training programs for our employees. You will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and engaging training materials, while also ensuring those materials translate to successful implementation in the field.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
• Develop and write engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, eLearning modules, and other resources.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
• Partner with the Director of Operations to deliver pilot programs and refine materials based on feedback
. • Observe employees applying learned skills in the field and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update training records and documentation.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
