Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager in a scratch kitchen environment.
- Experience managing in DC required
- Strong and proven leadership qualities and must be the face of your business: affable, coach mentality, leads by example, upholds restaurant operation and food safety standards, clear and direct communicator.
- Must have strong BOH/Kitchen knowledge and the ability to jump in and support your team when needed.
- Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships - attitude and drive are everything.
- Passionate, patient, and persistent personality
- Have a high business acumen and hands-on experience managing a full P & L and cost controls.
