Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations as an F&B Director for this busy luxury hotel
• Hire, train, and develop staff
• Take disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensure consistent quality of food, drinks, and overall guest experience as the F&B Assistant General Manager

Food & Beverage Assistant General Manager Requirements:

• Winning personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• At least 5 years of F&B Director experience, in a high-volume very upscale hotel environment
• Strong motivation and great work ethic
• Great tenure - demonstrated progress at prior jobs
